Privacy policy

Information you provide

Kinora processes your account identifier, email, display name and preferences. Care profiles and Wellness Binders may contain a care recipient's name, contact information, daily preferences, health and safety information, appointments, care tasks, legal-document references and uploaded documents. Only enter another person's information with their consent or appropriate legal authority. Do not enter passwords, PINs or financial account credentials.

How information is used

Information supports sign-in, care profiles, authorized collaboration, notifications, document exports and booking requests. Provider profiles may include services, hourly rates, designations, license details and license photos for credential review. Membership records support subscription access and billing. Requested AI-assisted handoff summaries process note text through Lovable's AI service; senior names and addresses are not intentionally included in the request.

Sharing and service providers

Binder information is shared with authorized members according to their section permissions. Booking requests are visible to their participants. Caregiver listings display public provider details; license photos are private and restricted to authorized review. Family relationships and credential approval alone do not grant binder access.

Lovable Cloud provides account, application-data and file services. Apple or Google processes sign-in when chosen. Stripe processes membership payments; Kinora keeps subscription and customer references rather than full card details. Service providers process information needed for these functions under their own terms. Hosting locations and cross-border processing details await operator confirmation.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and notification preferences. Binder owners manage invitations, section permissions and reviewer approvals. Revoking access does not remove copies already exported by an authorized person.

Storage, security and retention

Cloud care records and private documents use authenticated access controls. Session information and some application preferences are stored in your browser; some care-screen state is browser-local rather than shared Cloud data. No system guarantees complete security. Retention periods for care records, provider proof, audit records, backups and billing records have not yet been finalized.

Deletion and privacy requests

Owners can delete a binder through its controls. This does not delete an account or cancel a membership. Complete account deletion is not yet available. To request a copy of your information or ask about deletion, contact LoweRiskQA@gmail.com. The operator must explain any legally required retention and add account deletion before App Store submission.

Advertising

The campaign in preparation has not installed advertising conversion tracking. Private care information must not be used for advertising audiences or sent in ad-measurement events. Future advertising measurement requires updated disclosures and applicable consent choices before it is enabled.

This policy is not a completed App Store privacy declaration. Changes to data use, retention or service providers require an updated policy.
